Rwanda Tourism University College in collaboration with stakeholders in the Tourism Industry has organized a half day workshop on the Role of Fostering good Customer care in the Service Industry. The workshop took place on the 11th June 2010 at RTUC Gisenyi-Branch in Western Province.
The aim of this workshop was to engage the Business Fraternity in both the Rubavu and Musanze areas. The workshop was calling for Companies, Agencies and Employees to embrace good Customer care for the growth of the region, as well as identifying barriers and solutions to poor Customer Service.
