Our university aims at drawing closer to its vision of becoming a leading entrepreneurial university which spells out what we must achieve, by when we must achieve it, and how we will fulfill our vision.

First, the strategic plan is needed for clarity and our shared understanding.
It is necessary for us all to be clear on what must be done and focus all energies and resources to achieve our aims in the most effective and efficient way.

Second, there is need for focused action. All our actions, resources and energies must be aligned to achieve the goals in this strategy.

Third, management must be clear on the goals we must focus on. Communication of this clarity provides leadership to all levels of staff allowing the monitoring and judging of performance geared towards accomplishing the strategy.
